Emma & Drew | Pre – wedding photo session

It was a drizzly morning when I met Emma, Drew and Poppy at Whirlowbrook hall for their pre-wedding shoot. But overcast days produce fantastic light and we didn’t let a little bit of rain dampen our spirits!

They had decided on a guest signing book to be created from the pre-wedding photographs, I’ll post some pics when it’s ready!

Helen & Jim | Pre wedding portrait shoot

Helen and Jim are having a marquee wedding on The Wirral later in June and popped across for a chat and few relaxed portraits.

A pre wedding portrait shoot is a good idea if you are nervous about being in front of the camera and it will put you at ease before the big day.

From the photographs taken it’s also nice to have a signature board made up from your favourite shot. A signature board is just like a normal framed print with an extra large border for people to write messages on, far nicer than the usual guest book!

Laura & Jeremy | Pre wedding portraits

Laura & Jeremy are getting married at the fabulous Hassop Hall so for the pre-wedding shoot we wanted somewhere a little different.

We met for a coffee at the cafe in Whirlowbrook Hall, unfortunately it was closed! So, straight into the shoot.

Louise & Theo, pre-wedding shoot | Haddon Hall, Derbyshire

Louise and Theo are getting married in Derbyshire and were up from London for the weekend for some final arrangements and of course their pre-wedding photo shoot.

We met in the cafe at Haddon Hall and went over the details of the wedding. We then took stroll round the hall and grounds and took a few relaxed portraits.

I met Nicola and Marcus at the studio to discuss their up-coming wedding at Rudding Park.

After we had got down the details we went out to capture some relaxed portraits, we had to be quick, as you can see from the sky’s we were in between showers!

I met Stepanie and Dale at the studio to have a chat about their wedding in August and take a few relaxed portraits. I’ve got some great portrait locations around the studio and I’m finding new ones all the time. The shot’s into the sun here are in a field about 5 mins walk from the studio and in May the whole field was bright yellow with rape flowers.

Sophie & John | Pre-wedding shoot

I met Sophie and John at the studio to go over the details of their wedding in August.

After a coffee and a chat I took them to a couple of locations around my studio for a few relaxed portraits. This is the 3rd shoot I’ve done round the studio and I’ve found some great locations for portraits.
